I’d like to welcome Boyink Interactive’s newest client, the Villa Passalacqua.
Villa Passalacqua is located in the village of Moltrasio, on the shores of Lake Como in northern Italy. The Villa is 30,000 square feet of pure luxury, from it’s ceiling frescoes through it’s artwork, sculpture, and furnishings.
While the current Flash-based website does a great job communicating the elegance and style of the Villa, the site is essentially hidden from search engines. This doesn’t isn’t helping the business side of booking the Villa out. The site is also not updateable by the owner of the Villa, so any change requires the use of a developer.
The solution is to rebuild the site using ExpressionEngine, with the goals of delivering a site that’s both updateable by the Villa owner, and indexed fully by the search engines.
