Most churches use their websites as an information mediums and RSS is the perfect place for that. Imagine a church website where every day a person could log into their newsreader and get all of the information on ministries happening that day, a couple of articles, and maybe an archived sermon or reading.
For what it’s worth, the new Ridge Point site has an RSS feed available that includes the content from the Messages page, and the home page.
I’ve yet to really do any in-depth explainations of RSS with the staff, though. I want to wait until they get comfortable with blogging in general first.
