Here is a question for those of you who run church websites and/or are church staff: how do you deal with ‘believers’ who courageously ensconced behind a wall of electronic anonymity, hurl threats, commandments, admonishments and ‘exhortations’ at you, your pastor or your congregation?  Full Post >>

It’s a valid question to ask, though.  While online anonymity can help provide a comfort zone that helps people ask tough questions and deal with uncomfortable issues, it can also lead to using the internet in a hurtful way.

    I’d suspect more good than harm comes of it, people often may be uncomfortable discussing some subjects if it’s “personal”.

    Take stuff like A__ D___’s e-mail with a grain of salt and go on.

    Remember who turned the other cheek?  :D
