Sometimes I’m slow on the uptake. NewsGator is a plug-in RSS aggregator for Microsoft Outlook. This case study is how one company uses it and blogs to create both a corporate, centralized store of content and allow employees to locally store and organize chunks of that content that are more important to them.
The funny thing is that I just purchased NewsGator a week ago, and skipped over this story thinking it was hyperbole when it might actually have some relevance for some clients. Chalk one up for blogs - because the story also came to me through “non-official” channels, I gave it a second look.
