  1. Wireless!

    OK, so I broke down and went wireless.  There’s something cool about updating my site from my driveway, sitting out in our motorhome (a 25 year old “mini-motorhome” that we’re revamping, lest you get any grand visions of me owning one of those 40’ diesel pusher rigs…).

    Installation was pretty painless - for as much heat as Microsoft takes XP really seems to have delivered on the whole plug and play thing.  Now it’s off to straighten up cables and connections so I don’t kick the plugs out (always a hazard for us tall guys).

    Some days I really *am* a geek…;)

    But he can at least sit in his driveway and listen to music, yes? Actually, no. Irving’s audio system can’t play music. It’s designed to play a single frequency—74 Hz—very loud. Irving, you see, is a dB drag racer.
