What I can say with some amount of safety, is that I cannot recommend enough the use of weblog/CMS based technology for both traditional business applications as well as for those organizations entrenched in publishing methods that require a seven-day tour before the content even makes it to the test server.

In light of the path already taken by the law, it is clear that many commercial Web sites will be subject to accessibility requirements. The question therefore is not whether the ADA applies to the Internet, but whether its application is going to be managed in an orderly way, so as to minimize costs and maximize benefits for all, or whether, under the pretext of deregulation, we are going to leave the process to inconsistency, chaos and fear.
