I decided while taking apart the CJ5 that it would be a good idea to have a small sandblaster for cleaning up small parts. Big stuff can be taken to my brother in law—who has a large trailer mounted sandblaster, but lives 40 minutes or so away.
I picked up a middle-of-the-road Harbor Freight unit that fits on my workbench. I’m totally new to sandblasting, but was able to get one of the spring plates done.
Towards the end I noticed I was blowing alot of moisture, so put off doing the rest until I can pickup and install a dryer unit in the air line.
