Boyink! - Spring Forward on the Web

I scored this nice original dash from another ECJ5.com member.  The current dash in SSDutch has gauges mounted where I need to run defrost ducts, so starting with a “blank slate” will be nice.

   Mike, Of course I still follow your work on my beloved jeep! just not as often as I’d like…. The original owner I bought your jeep from had welded the tailgate shut at the 2 latch points. It took some work to seperate them so I’d have a functioning tail gate. The spare tire mount was welded solid to the bumper and tailgate. I think this work was done at the same time the original owner put down diamond plate on the bed. Say, 15 years ago. I really like the roll bar, and seat belts. Keep the kids on the inside. The new dash should help. I had to put the guages where I could see them. I later realized they were where the defrosters needed to go. (didn’t need a heater in dry sunny Texas….)
