Time for a couple of reader submissions. This first one comes from David Lindsay, who sent the photo to me on March 6. Here’s what David had to say:
I chose this picture because I live in….................................Texas, that’s right I said Texas. We got about a foot of snow here today!!! I know, I know, one foot big deal right but, I’ve never seen anything like it before around these parts. Anyway, thanks alot and I really enjoy reading your website.
The interesting thing is that we were in Texas when this happened—but further south where it was just cold and rainy. I assured David that even here in West Michigan a foot of snow is still a pretty big deal, and we have the equipment to deal with it.
