Thanks to Joel Vande Berg for this 1956-ish (based on it proclaiming the CJ6 model as “new”) ad.  From a MI dealer, no less!  For the backside of the ad:

    Just looking at this ad vs. the pic of the real CJ6 above, and is it me, or did the artist take a bit of liberty with the actual wheelbase?

    The bottom pic’s make the 6 look like a truck but it is more like the scrambler…

    I think it is just the illusion from the half cab in the drawings.
